Can
the approval process be accelerated by forwarding the sanitary and water
plans while the final engineering plans are being approved? Can wetland
mitigations be “banked” in early phases of development against possible
wetland encroachments in future phases? Can wetlands be used for storm
water retention? Is a storm outlet necessary at all? Should plans be submitted
committing to the installation of silt fence along the perimeter of a site
in areas where storm water can only flow onto the site? Should submittal
plans reflect silt fence installation around the perimeter of a sediment
basin?
